Who we are

Swift & Co. ("we," "us," or "our") provides project management, strategic planning, and operations consulting services. This policy covers the information collected through swiftco.live (this website). It doesn't cover information we might receive outside the site, such as over email or during a call.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us, through one of these three places on the site:

• Project inquiry form (Start a Project): your name, email, organization (optional), project type, timeline, anticipated investment, and the project description you write. This is submitted through Netlify Forms, the form-handling service built into our web host.
• Free planner / email signup (Resources): your name and email address, collected through MailerLite, our email newsletter provider, if you sign up to receive the free planner or future updates.
• Discovery call booking (Book a Consultation): if you book a time through the embedded scheduler, that booking is handled directly by Google Calendar under Google's own privacy policy; we receive only the appointment details needed to meet with you (name, email, and anything you add to the booking).

We don't use advertising trackers, and this site doesn't run its own analytics software. The third-party services above may set their own cookies or collect basic technical data (like IP address or browser type) as part of operating their service. See "Third-party services" below.

How we use it

We use the information above only to:

• Respond to your project inquiry and evaluate whether and how we can help.
• Schedule and prepare for discovery calls and consultations.
• Send the resource you requested (like the free planner) and, if you opted in, occasional emails about new tools, templates, or updates from Swift & Co.
• Keep basic business records of client communications.

Third-party services we use

We rely on a small number of trusted services to run this site and communicate with you. Each handles data under its own privacy policy, linked below:

• Netlify (web hosting and form submissions): netlify.com/privacy

We don't sell your information

Swift & Co. does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, for any reason. Information is only shared with the service providers listed above, to the extent needed for them to do the job we've hired them for (hosting our forms, sending our emails, scheduling our calls).

Your choices

• Every email from our newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, so you can opt out at any time, no questions asked.
• You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@swiftco.live. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Children's privacy

This site and our services are intended for businesses, organizations, and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted here directly.
